Vitaliy Pynzenyk

Vitaliy Pynzenyk

President
Bio

Originally from Zakarpattia, Ukraine, Vitaliy Pynzenyk studied Finance at Ternopil National Economic University before moving to the United States in 2003. After relocating, he continued his education in accounting and business at Baruch College, earned his CPA designation, and spent nearly 20 years working in corporate tax at a Fortune 500 company.

In recent years, Vitaliy transitioned from corporate life to focus on personal projects, investments, and community initiatives. Over time, he developed a strong interest in personal finance, stock and options trading, and real estate, guided by a simple philosophy: money should work harder than its owner, especially after long tax seasons.

He is a devoted husband to Anna, a proud father of four, and the owner of Thomas, the family dog who firmly believes he runs the household. Much of his free time is dedicated to driving his younger sons to soccer practices and tournaments.

Vitaliy is pleased to serve on the board and values the opportunity to collaborate with fellow Ukrainian professionals in Georgia, working together to build something meaningful and lasting for the community.
